Expidition leader strange mood issue

The yearly dwarven caravan + liason came while my expedition leader "noble" was in a strange mood. The instant I unpaused from the caravan announcement, I got the message that the liason left unhappy. Might be better if the liason sticks around for a bit so the player can complete the mood or find a temporary replacement noble.

Great release! I'm truly surprised not to be finding more bugs.

Forgot version; I'm using 33a, the newest at this date.
