About the weakness of your arms, i had (and i think i still do) very weak arms, like i could not do a single pushup without collapsing onto my face.So i started doing them girl ones, but the trick was to do them untill you really can't do no more, untill your arms die.Then do the same tommorow, after one week, i came from no pushups whatsoever to around twenty (man ones) without a problem.

I'm currently just working on losing weight and working up my endurance. Then I can start doing proper exercise (Lengths and Miles (Swimming and Running)).
