This site is destined for a map-spanning megaproject, so I can't really afford flooding the map with magma hereby ruining the landscape. Also, the map is half mountain and half flat-desert, so any magma made to flow out of the volcano will simply drain down the slopes and leave the mountaintop intact. Which is where the FB corpse is.

Oh well, this fortress is planned to be abandoned as soon as the cast is complete. I think secretions will be gone by the time my second wave arrives.

This is a useful feature..and this is DF.. so im gonna assume its bugged
That's what cages and minecart shotguns are for!  We don't need to control them.  We just need to aim them.
