Goddam Amazon Dwarves

It seems that migrant male dwarves are much less experienced in military skills. I got 3 females proficient with various weapons (one is legendary macedwarf) and only one male marksdwarf/hunter.
What's that, lady dwarves train their skills while punching their husbands?

The dice just happened to roll that way. Statistical outliers are normal in random distributions.
