Reverse the default mousewheel resizing

So that it matches the same functionality in Internet browsers and other applications.  Scrolling the mousewheel up should increase the size of things on the screen.  It currently does the opposite until you reverse the keybindings yourself.

That bothers me too, but I only occasionally zoom in or out for better screenshots. I agree that it should be changed.

I hadn't even noticed it was different.

I guess I wouldn't bother me if it was the other way, either.
