Yum, rain

Buckets and barrels outside should be able to collect rainwater if they're in a stockpile outside and it's raining. Right now they only get a water covering. It would make embark sites without rivers more playable.

This would make some sense but the way I look at it a full bucket would require quite a lot of rain, maybe we could have water levels inside the buckets/barrels.

We need rainwater tanks in that case.

I just brought it up because I was trying to dig a murky pool of my own and use it for farming purposes (of course, I doubt the game would recognize it as a murky pool) but I couldn't get my dwarfs to fill the pond faster than the water evaporated. I even tried putting a stockpile of buckets by the pond but that didn't help. The rain didn't help at all either, expect for filling the murky pools that were there to begin with.

I guess since the weather system is so new, this would be a low priority.
