Road value?

How much are roads worth? The Wiki says the King only comes when you have at least 5k in value in roads, but how do I determine my road value?

Right now I have around 150 tiles of paved electrum road.

Foolprooof way to penetrate aquifers of unlimited depth.  (Make sure to import at least 10 stones for mechanisms)
Toughen Dwarves by dropping stuff on them.  (Nothing too heavy though, and make sure to wear armor.)

Hit (n), then I think (c) -- or whatever the button highlighted in "Become the Capital". That will let you see how much road value you have.
