Had the humans turn up to siege me with 50 mounted cavalry,i raised the drawbridge,after a season the horses started to give birth to foals which the humans(and horses)attacked instantly.
Its still going on with about 30 newborn foals dead,the outside of my fortress is a bloody mess.

I was thinking more along the lines of this legendary champion, all clad in dented and dinged up steel plate, his blood-drenched axe slung over his back, a notch in the handle for every enemy that saw the swing of that blade as the last sight they ever saw, a battered shield strapped over his arm... and a fluffy, pink stuffed hippo hidden discretely in his breastplate.

Heh. There's a thread like this almost every generation of forumites. Does not diminish the LOLitude one bit.
Actually, one guy had something about this in his sig... I think it's gone now though.

I loved this game. Horses which kill their young. I wonder what [ETHIC]s tags they have.....

 You would think they'd know better than to take pregnant horses into a siege, especially against Dwarves.  Their beard-spores cause all things born within a 5-mile radius of any Dwarven fortress to be born feral if the mother has not been trained by those Dwarves.
