So I've been setting fires for a while and I got a message that I'm melting.
My health message says my lower body fat is melting, but it's also causing me to bleed.

Am I just on fire, or am I being punished by some woodland god?

The fat is being boiled off your pelvis. I suppose you could say that you're being punished.

EDIT: Which is to say, yes you're on fire. Probably your pants are made out of leather, making them catch on fire easily.
