The only thing I changed was the Fortress Mode theme.
It is now Sanctuary Fortress from Metroid Prime 2.

There's a thread from way, way back discussing this too. I liked some Arcanum music, but in the end I stuck with the default one. Somehow, nothing fits DF better than that music.
