I was wandering into a town that reacently, Has been attacked by various creatures. Blow darts Tower Cap sheilds lineing nearly everywhere, But not as much as my shock while I was traveling to encounter a giant cave spider. My companion a bowman foolishly tryed to take it on. The results were clear. So I ran off to the mead hall to hide as it killed the bow man. I saw nearly the whole town withen the Mead Hall, Being the majority of the town as children I had a brillant Idea. I would lead the Giant Cave Spider there. Now As I went back my companion was dead like expected. But I started leading it toward the mead hall.

Out of no where a child and his friend pops onto the screen, They run over to the Giant Cave spider and attack. Thinking this would be a quick battle I stuck around to watch to of course lead it once the child died. The fight started out normally, The spider grabbing the child shakeing it seeming like the child would be killed but then this happened.

Cut off both fists?, Maybe you can use one as a shield, Anything that gets blocked by it will shatter its own bones?

Can we see some pics/info of her Legends mode profile? May be you just witnessed the beginning storyline of a new RPG heroine or something.

Oh, and what year is it already? Maybe it was a young GCS....wait...why was it above ground again?

Looks like that town was near a mountain, so it's entirely possible that the cavern creatures just decided to run roughshod all over the townspeople.

And really, man, taking out even a young GCS with your bare hands would be quite a feat, but imagine doing it before the age of twelve.

I've personally found GCS to actually be a little...weak. I recruited a peasant to wrestle one (one of my first 7, no less) and the peasant disabled the thing without getting injured. I went back and tested in arena, and sure enough, GCS can't beat naked, no-stat dwarves.

It probley was, It had lizard men and all the work, You go to the town you find litered corpses and Blow Darts.
