Here is a good opener for Aikido I more or less made:

C
Contract Left Pec
Left grabby hand.
Right Rotating Chest
Right Bending Lumbar
Space 1x
Contracting Right Hip
Extending Left Hip
Extending Left Ankle
Raising Right Shoulder
Space 1x
Contracting Right Pec
Lowering Right Shoulder.

This should get you at least one solid win, repeats less likely to succeed. Some of the order can be changed, and I'm experimenting with the best way to do it.

I tried that against Uke, and somehow ended up doing some kind of flip, wrapping my leg around myself, dropping the both of us to the ground, and ended with my kicking him with the other leg until the arm I had grabbed onto broke off on the last frame. I've got the replay of it.

... Yes, the hugs are for everyone.  No stabbing, though.  Just hugs.

Yeah, that is more or less typical. :) The Judo version is beast, and has a ton more variety to it.

Dakk, COME BACK PLS! I am playing it really often, and having forumites on helps.

I liked the "twin swords" setup.  Cutting off one of your own arms and have it flying at the opponent is extremely unreliable but awesome.

I just did some kind of spin move right at the start that ripped off Uke's arm. Not exactly sure how though.

Watch the replay "The headless whoreman"

The moves are basically as follows:
-Rip off own head
-beat Uke to a bloody pulp
-Grab uke's arm and place it on neck
-Win

I once slided towards a guy and cut off his legs,I think he cut off my head and then I cut off his arms and won after that.
