It is technically possible to use a one-way path to force goblins to go through in one direction (specifically, to leave) while allowing dwarves to go both ways. Sort of a one-and-a-half-way path.
Has anyone even seen this post? It works really well. Just turn off trigger on civilians. When building destryors come, though, they may try to destroy your hatch. Minor problem, just rebuild it.

I usually do that with a buildingdestroyer landmine (hatch over pressurized magma) and a thief trap:

###~###
###~###
###D###
#^###$#
#######

^ = ramp up (I usually place this one z-level below ground)
# = wall
# = magma-safe floor grate (over magma cistern)
$ = magma-safe artifact
D = magma-safe door
~ = pressurized magma

How do you make a 3-wide airlock? I know you can't use doors....

Not a troll, not some basement-dwelling neckbeard, but indeed a hateful, rude little person. On the internet.
I'm actually quite nice IRL, but you people have to pay the price for that.

Now stop being distracted by the rudeness, quit your accusations of trollery, and start arguing like real men!
