Hauler just standing around?

I've had a hauler hungry and thirsty for an entire 2 seasons just stumbling around the barracks. I've disabled and enabled all the hauling jobs. She's not unhappy at all. What could be wrong with her?

Is the dwarf injured in any way?  Is there available food and drink?  With alcohol, only one dwarf can drink from one barrel at a time.  Another thing I can think of is that this dwarf isn't hungry/thirsty enough to bother just yet.  If it is not causing any problems, just let the dwarf carry on as normal.
