The Outer Limits

Does anyone else love this series? There are a few episodes that are absolute classics, (The Light Brigade is my all-time favorite) and a few less than good episodes, but overall a great series.

Eh, I always prefered The Twilight Zone and Tales From The Darkside.

I'm more of a Twilight Zone man myself, but the outer limits is still pretty cool. I always thought the Outer Limits revamp in the 90s was better than the Twilight Zone revamp in the 80s.

I've got the sand kings episode burned into my brain, because for some reason i've watched it like 20 times. I think its the first one from the 90s series, where he gets some martian sand with little alien insects that live in it. Other than that I can't really remember any specific episodes.

the sandkings ep was based in a short story by George R. R. Martin.

Anyways, yeah, that series had some very nice episodes. I specially recall "Dead man's switch", but there are many others which are likewise memorable.

Creepy, too. I recall having nightmares as a kid caused by the TV ads of the series...

The SCP foundation sprang from the repressed memories of those who grew up watching those shows. Come to think about it, I'd love to see and SCP foundation TV show.
