How do I check on stat gain in 31.12?

Trying to find out where I see their stat gains from civ labors?

The only way that I found to see their gains is by looking at their thought screen.  There it will say how tough/agile/whatever the dwarf is.  Dwarf Therapist may also have numerical values for the attributes, but don't recall off the top of my head.
