how do you lower priority of looting corpses?

because i want my fortifications to be built, and apparently looting fellow dwarf corpses is much much more important than building defenses.

Mind you, forbidding corpse-looting doesn't affect already-dead corpses, it will just prevent future corpses from being looted.

Damn dwarves are greedy, they'll find any loophole to get a guy's socks.
