Animals acting up

Well one of my war dogs got killed by the liaison who was then consequently killed by another of my dogs. My cats also somehow provoked the caravan guard's ire and ended up dead.

Any idea whats going on?

It's the new game-breaking bug in 31.09, caravans, and liasons, will fight with your soldiers and pets.

Presumably fixed in 31.10.

The problem may still carry over for saves that have had this bug happen (due to the loyalty cascade effect), but should be okay for new forts and ones that managed to avoid this bug.

Was it a fresh worldgen or was it a transferred worldgen?
