And yet they exist. EULAs are an end recourse legal threat, in practical application they aren't acted on, otherwise GameCopyWorld et.al would have gone down long ago. Those guys have been up for close to a decade now.

There is a huge gap between the practical reality of EULAs and what they theoretically are supposed to accomplish.
