Perfect Record?

How do I get my Record Keeper to make a Perfect Record in 40d? I can't seem to figure it out >.<  Any help is greatly appreciated

In the [n]obles screen, highlight the bookkeeper and press the key to adjust settings (it should be listed at the bottom of the menu), then highlight maximum precision and hit Enter.
