Zenithworked is the english for Ibelducim. They're always in english while they speak, but in whatever language in the menus. Also, it's said "Ah, hello. I'm Etur Zenithworked".

Quite obviously, it is an interesting bug.

Dude, read again
Ibelducim = Zenithworked
She even refers to the administrator in a first person pronoun

I've had this glitch before myself but I'm pretty sure you're not getting a quest from them, maybe they hold more than one position under the entity and one of them is above the other.

It's still not as weird as when I was asked to talk to someone who was described as being dead

I'm suddenly getting images of the administrator suddenly changing hats and personality to give you a quest. Anyway, this is clearly just a bug.

I think there's a potential TF2 Administrator reference in here somewhere, but I don't feel like making one up.

The Administrator is very concerned that we get a conclusive analysis from today's sample. I gather I went to some lengths to obtain it.

Does DF prevent the occurrence of double names? Else there could be another Zenithworked waiting for you to seek her out :)

This sample is the purest one yet! And, potentially, the most unstable!

You guys are all wrong, this isn't a bug. Toady already began implementing mental illness behind our backs. This person is clearly suffering from multiple personalities, and sometimes can even switch back and forth within only a few seconds.
