People ARE capable of living with heart damage, people CAN live without a lung, people CANNOT live without huge blood loss, so the current way IS REALISTIC.
That is all
Im not trying to be mr nazi but you made a slight wording error, you said people cannot live without huge blood loss which means you would have to bleed yourself to live  :)
Oh crap, that's because in my language you have to say "no one CAN'T touch my stuff!" (which means "no one can touch my stuff!") and so i turned on native-thinking and made that error

It has been suggested by respected language researchers that slang use of double negatives in English is not a logic mistake, it is just exhibiting a kind of word-form agreement like some other languages have.  Personally, I think it's a GOOD idea; it actually makes meaning clearer:  you could hear only half the sentence and still know it expresses a negation.  Can't nobody convince me that 200 years from now it won't be the accepted form of English.

I hope he lets the adventurer get maried or learn other skills like glassmaking or makes the settlements actually have something that is needed to survive without the ability of spawning. that would be great.
well romance and breeding wasn't tested yet in 31.# but you can teach your adventurer glassmaking and other skills in towns that you retire in. the thing is you need to embark on top of the town and use the utility called runesmith and friendship enhancer to grant access to that character.

the only 2 down side is that you can not get them under any noble selection like military commander and lead but they can be recruited, and that there a off chance abandoning might send your adventurer off in the woods or worst killed.

Red is worse than cyan, because cyan means "lost functionality" and red means "tottaly f'ed up"

I would consider a cyan heart to be something like heart arrhythmia while a red one would be a heart attack or having a sword in your heart...

as cool as that would be Cyan means "function completely lost in organ but organ is structally sound or partily intact" red means "destroyed" however yellow means "body part has lost SOME function or structure but will still function a little bit"

now that Toady fixed Major arteries a red heart or throat wound will then be fatal.
