Smallworlds is one of my favorite games in existence. It is a social game (although there IS a battle game, it kinda sucks and is unbalanced.) There are tons of things to do, you can play mini-games with friends (e.g. a pictionary clone, pool, a tower defence game, a few board games, and more.) You make and interact with friends, make missions for others to do, do missions, and a lot more.

As I mentioned, you can create missions. Missions are a set of tasks for players to do, and are VERY customizable, using the interactions system. There are many objects that are usable by default, such as a rotating switch. (You can press the cycle button to change the image, and the on/off button to make it light up.) All of these actions can be set to a mission task. But that's not all, you can also create custom actions (For example, make a popup that sends you to Bay12 :P) and make them work under different conditions. (One of my missions requires you to glue a pot together, which will change it's appearance too. BUT, without the mission code "Glue", it will give you a failure message instead.) Interactions don't have to be a part of missions, however. You can make a color cycling light, a password number pad, and more.

There are tons of furniture objects to place in your room. Tokens are used to buy most objects, and are earned via missions and games. There are a few objects however, that are only purchasable via Gold (mostly clothing, if I remember correctly). Gold can be bought or earned from free offers. Even fewer items are Gold only, and require a monthly subscription..which isn't really worth it. There isn't that much more from paying. You can also have a pet, but it will only stay in rooms you own, unless you are a VIP subscriber.

There is tons of stuff to do in Smallworlds, I'd try it out at http://www.smallworlds.com
My name is "Quinn Ril" in-game. Add me and send me a mail message..I might just send you a gift...

Oh, almost fogot. SW offers lots of interaction with third-party sites. For example, Flickr picture frames, twitter frames for the wall, and

Have you actually tried any of them?
And spamming would require that I posted messages in bulk, which I haven't.

I think I've seen you post in the Illyriad thread... and Minecraft... and even Toadwater. Sometimes I wonder if you play every online game in existence. xD

Darn, you found me out.

I've been playing more obscure games that I know of recently..like Nord. :)
Smallworlds doesn't really qualify as obscure, although it was better when it was. You get some really nooby people now.

Who doesn't? It's a place where around 4500 egocentric jerks gather every day.
