Dwarves won't stockpile?

I just updated to DF31.07. Now my dwarves in my existing save file won't stockpile any items! Is this happening to anyone else?

Note: moving to Gameplay questions...

Theres a major crash bug being fixed for .07 (and an embark issue), he's currently building it and should post .08 up in a few hours. Maybe check then?
