in military screen: mark assigned weapons/dwarves in list

when assigned, a weapon in the list shown when choosing a specific weapon for a dwarf should appear marked with something like animals assigned to a cage or a rope.

That would make it waaay easier.

EDIT: And dwarves, yes. Good point Leo :)

And dwarves that are assigned to other squads should be labeled while making a new squad.
