Assign rooms to noble position

It would be really handy to be able to assign offices, bedrooms and dining rooms to noble positions instead of the noble in the position. When the noble dies or a new one is elected it is a pain in the ass to keep track of which rooms need to be reassigned.

If might save you some time assigning the new mayor a room, but for former mayors at least, you would still need to assign them a room as they would no longer have one.

They don't need one assigned, they can just claim an empty one.
