{Noble} has altered the prices of goods
« on: May 14, 2007, 05:09:00 am »

This one particular thing rather annoys out of me and I can't find it suggested here (I searched). I get tired of seeing it over and over again:
code:
{Noble} has altered the prices of goods.

I really could care less what they do with the prices, it doesn't matter to me at all. Having those messages clutter up almost half of the event log kind of sucks and can lead to me missing more important ones (new mandates and such).
I'd love to be able to disable display of that message and just let them do it quietly without announcing it.

Tomas asked Dolgan, "What place is this?"
The dwarf puffed on his pipe. "It is a glory hole, laddie. When my people mined this area, we fashioned many such areas."

Yeah, that message is pretty much useless.

Personally I would not only like to disable it but also tell the nobles to get another hobby instead of just altering the prices several times a day.
