What was your favorite forgotten beast in adventure mode?

The only one i had was a skinless monster ptreosaur with deadly goo and a trunk.

I'm an MIT student. I want, one day once I actually move from 40d to 31x, to encounter a Brass Rat. And then encounter it in real life.
