I need to know if my dwarfs would apreciate themselves being decapitated and more.

They wouldn't really appreciate it.  They would probably be more likely to run away from it at top speed if it has anything remotely hostile inside.

But an arena does have a few benefits.
1) Disposal area for caged invaders.
2) (mostly for 40D) Combat training for troops too wounded to spar when placed in there with caged invaders.
3) Good construction practice
4) A surface arena can be a semimegaproject.  A good jumping off point for bigger and better things.
5) Can look pretty awesome.

Is there a way to get my caged invaders out of their cage and into the battle so they can fight?without a dwarven casualty?

Build the cage and link it to a lever

Build the cage next to the Pit zone and then assign the captive to the pit.
1 Z level below the pit would be your arena

Build a large circular arena, with bridges as the floor over magma. And Water on clear glass bridges for the megabeasts.
