Retirement?

I know hwo to retire my adventurer (nevber tried)

How would I bring him out of retirement?

Just start adventure mode again, select your adventurer from the list. You know, the one with "Human of Bananasex" or "Elf of Pantywaist."

Thank you, I have just retired and came back a couple times to see what happens and it seems stats rust and stuff, however memory and the other "useless in adv mode" stats are increasing!

You can recruit them if you choose to be another adventurer, too. Just find the town you retired them in, and find them somewhere. Ask them to join, and hey presto!

Considering the things an adventurer has to endure when we control them, it's not that big of a surprise.

Yeah, "guided by forces unknown" apparently means "possessed by a seven year-old who likes pulling the wings off flies".
