Chrome allows you to resize textareas regardless, which is quite handy.

Course it plays heck with the layout of some sites when you do that but eh, some rendering oddness is a small price to pay for being able to stretch a textarea to fill the entire window.

As for IE being junk, I'm forced to agree as long as it utterly fails the Acid test.

I tried that with FF and it went to 94/100. It didn't do the blue box for some reason as its still grey. Anyways, yea IE utterly fails that test.
