Getting Doom-Doomsday to run

Or, rather, to actually USE the 3d pics it is supposed to use:


I know I have to download separate packs, but how do I install them?

is that the doorway right at the entrance a bit off from the respawn point in doom 2 level 1?

Err... what exactly is this thread about?

I'm (relatively) familiar with Doom, but the old Doom (1 & 2) had 2D sprites, not 3D models...

That looks kinda lo-res for Doom 3 (which I haven't played).

it looks a lot like early quake 3d models, like from quake 1.
