Well one strange behaviour I noticed in 40d is that when I used the pause and designate something by holding in the mouse to get the traders to pack up quickly was that 30ish idle dwarves were suddenly not idle when I unpaused, they all went shopping. From this I theorise that you could do something similiar to get the dwarves to do low priority jobs like cleaning? Haven't actually tested this, just a idea.

Does DFHack Cleanmap leave underground mud so you can still farm underground? Are the caverns spared?
