Nothing to the eyes. Beyond said pain and terror, and maybe a little damage. I haven't seen eye pinching break them open, unlike gouging. Sorry if that wasn't clear.

Anyway, you can pinch off pretty much anything except, yanno', the eyes and a few other body parts. You can pinch something's body in half, given a sufficient size/strength advantage.

It's a lot harder to actually remove the eyes now, but gouging causes extreme pain. Also, try grabbing noses, teeth, ears, toes, etc., and pinching, especially on smaller creatures. It should yank the body part right off.

Have you EVER actually seen an eye totally torn out?

Nope... All of my subjects died from blood loss after repeated eye gouging before the eyes popped out
