Just a few ideas for other industries: Books.  One workshop would make the paper (and possibly the blank book, too), and another workshop would use the book and dye and either write a new novel (a very long task) or copy an existing work.  Books can also be decorated to increase their value.

If I get any more ideas I'll post them here.

(This is mostly down the line stuff.  I'm more excited about the Z axis right now that I can wait for this.)

Clearly it is not an original idea, but it is a  good one. I like it.
