Lowering Aquifier counts on a world to hopefully nothing

I can't figure out how to do this, or tell what in world generation adds them. I keep thinking it's Drainage.

Does anyone know to lower the aquifier count?

You could just remove the aquifer tag from the inorganic _stone, _layer, and _mineral raws.
