Request: on-the-fly gamma changing

I'm looking for a utility that can automatically set video settings (including contrast/ brightness/ gamma) when a game is started, and change then back when the game exits.

Or, ideally, change the settings when a certain program or window-name is active, and change back when it is inactive.

I'm not really finding anything.  All the utilities are based around me doing the work myself.

Does anyone know of such a utility?

I am not SURE it can change video card settings, but AutoHotKey might have the ability, and if it does then scripting something up would be pretty simple.
