I've got a new (one to two month old) HP Mini netbook.

specs:
Windows 7 starter.
CPU TYPE: INTEL(R) ATOM(TM) CPU N450 @ 1.66GHZ
CPU SPEED (GHZ):1.686
SYSTEM MEMORY (GB):0.964
GRAPHICS CARD MODEL:INTEL(R) GRAPHICS MEDIA ACCELERATOR 3150GRAPHICS CARD DRIVER:IGDUMDX32.DLL
DESKTOP RESOLUTION:1024X600
HARD DISK SIZE (GB):136.726HARD
DISK FREE SPACE (GB):102.466

Is there a reason DF is running at 10, maybe a peak of 12 FPS for me? I've read other people can run at 100.

What can I do?

Wow.

Just changing [PARTIAL_PRINT:YES:2] gave me an extra 100 fps. It's almost too fast for me to handle now!

let us know how your fps rate remains... I wouldn't have thought an atom processor could handle DF very well.
