Experiment #4 - fight between equally (un)skilled and (un)equipped specimen of the same race and different gender.
Run 1 - Mr. Dwarf vs. Ms. Dwarf. So far, both appear to fight equally ferociously, but Ms. Dwarf is pretty roughed up, much worse than Mr. Dwarf, she even has some organ damage. It seems that Ms. Dwarf has her skills a little higher than her comrade.
A bit later, Ms. Dwarf is lying unconcious on ground and Mr. Dwarf keeps wrestling her. Only undamaged part of her body is right hand. She died shortly after I wrote this. Second fight was even faster, Mr. Dwarf also won, sustaining rather spectacular set of minor injuries, just as his predecessor.
Third fight won by Ms. Dwarf, sustaining a set of minor injuries. I will make another three fights.
So, out of six fights, excactly half was won by Ms. Dwarf and half by Mr. Dwarf. Both seem to fight equally furiously as survivors rarely had a part of their bodies which took no damage. Will try the same for Dragons.
Run 2 - Mr. Dragon vs. Ms. Dragon (6x)
Fights are difficult to watch because corpses are nowhere nearly as incombustible as dragons are. Dragons seem to sustain much more terrible injuries than dwarves do, but I guess that's natural.
Five out of six fight have been won by Mr. Dragon. This seems strange to me, as they both seemed to fight equally. I will have a round of dropping them from height seeing who dies first.
Okay, dropping dragons 5 z-levels proved they both last the same. If they do not splat in pool of their own blood immediately, they die within seconds after impact. Dropping dwarves yielded no different results with one notable exception of Dwarf 22 who survived fall that immediately killed mature dragons and is still alive and kicking quite a while after it. Finally, I put him out of his misery by encasing him in obsidian.
Conclusion: we can say that both genders are equal. What is more interesting - average dwarf splats over same area as average dragon does.
