do moods override burrow settings?

I'm curious if anyone has tested this.

Nope.  Set up a burrow with all the materials said dwarf wants, but without the workshop he claimed in it, and you get quantum artifacts.

It runs on the same principle as Planepacked and Broiledprinces - If a dwarf claims a workshop in an area he shouldn't be in, he loses all limitations on his item gathering.
