Game crashing a lot?

Mine is... and it's getting really grating... autosave doesn't kick in enough in fact...

Strange, the only time I have ever got a crash lately is with the military menus.

My fort had the same problem. It randomly decided to crash, or then it would go on a whole season without problem and then after save, CRASH.

So then I looked around and heard that melting things currently causes random sudden crashes. I stopped melting goblin gear and haven't had a crash after that.

Maybe you have the same issue?

Hmm... I am melting a crapload of gobling gear... crap, I do need it to keep my steel production!! Curses!

Don't melt objects. Sooner or late this will cause a crash.

I quit 2 forts before realizing that was the problem.  Now I don't melt anything and I don't have any crashes. Fortunately ore is so common in 2010 that I don't really need goblinite production.
