Arena mode breath attacks?

This may seem like a silly question but if I'm controlling a creature with a breath attack how would I be able to use it?

No, and there isn't an available key binding for a breath attack, either. Maybe by fiddling with raws it might be possible to reconfigure a breath weapon as a "missile weapon" that can be [f]ired, or a [t]hrown weapon?
