I started this up on another forum, but not nearly enough people joined up to make it interesting, so I'll make it cross-community.

The game just finished Summer of the 3rd year. I'll admit I'm no great creative writer and my updates are dull and short compared to the other stuff here, but just being in a fortress is fun, right?

I'll be writing from the point of view of myself, the player, except for entries in italics which are from my dwarf the bookkeeper/trader.
