Unidentified wound?

My character has a couple wounds that are either dont say anything (left eye:   ) or just say --- instead od smashed apart or whatever, what does this mean and will they eventually heal?


Has anyone else had these "invisible wounds"?

But my characters eye is only yellow.

Alright on closer inspection her lip and eye are scarred it seems and they have never healed .
