Reroll Embarking Dwarves

I'd really like to be able to reroll all (or some) of my dwarves at the embark screen. Last embark I got all seven women, which, while not all that bad, just wasn't what I was looking for. It'd be nice to do that instead of having to crash out DF or embark and then abandon and restart.

Seconded, or just give the ability to customize them a bit more, such as by picking their sex.  It just is a bad thing to have that level of cumbersomeness after generating a world one likes.
