Already reported, and already fixed in 0.31.02.  It's a mislabeled child name in the raws, mountain goat kids were called horse foals but still grew up into mountain goats.

Goats > Horses

Cats > Jaguars

Bats > Giant eagles

That's how evolution works... right?
