i can give you 1 that works very good for me. So i assume that you play the new version. I will make dorfs as smileys

 ???  Woodcutter/Carpenter/Wood Worker
 ???  Mason/Architect
 ???  Mechanic/Bone Carver/Stone Worker
 ???  Grower/Herbalist
 ???  Aprraiser/Negiotator/Leader/Persuader
 ???  Miner 2 or Grower 2 with brewing

Stuff

Remove 1 axe,No or 1 Pickaxe depending on amount of miners, and Anvil.
30 of 4 kinds of alchol
2 of each 2Pt worth meat/fish to get extra barrels and a nice variety of food
25 Plump Seeds
20 Cave Wheat
20 Sweat pod Seeds
5 Cloth
5 Gems worth 10pt
20-30 Bauxite (If you can take it)
4 Dogs
70 Wood of any type
1 Cat or none (If you dont want to have piles of unrottenable dead vermin)
You can spend the rest of the pionts as you like i suggest you put some more in food or drinks but it's personal taste Really.


This is fine for start, just dig straight away and block your fort off as long as you dont get injuries you will be fine. After the first immigrant wave, assign 1 or 2 to Carpenter and let him make beds,doors,chairs,cabinets,coffins etc you never got enough of them. Assign 1 to Butchering/Tanner/Leatherworker and make a dog breeding ground and slaughter sometimes pups. And if you got more i'd suggest Cook/Grower or Mason/Architect or Stone/wood/Bone/Metal Worker and even Hauler can be awesome.
