Casting anvils in 0.31.02?

One of my dwarves has gone secretive and is demanding (i think) a forge, but I have no anvils. I tried to add:
[REACTION:IRON_ANVIL]
[NAME:cast iron anvil]
[BUILDING:SMELTER:NONE]
[REAGENT:A:450:BAR:NO_SUBTYPE:METAL:IRON]
[PRODUCT:100:1:BAR:NO_SUBTYPE:METAL:ANVIL][PRODUCT_DIMENSION:150]
[FUEL]
[SKILL:SMELT]
to the reaction_smelter text, but it isn't working. What am I doing wrong? Is it the [PRODUCT_DIMENSION:] tag?
Yes, I added this to the save's raws as well as the regular ones.

If it's like the old version, you can't add a reaction without having to regen the world.

False.
You add it to the /save/region#/raw/objects folder now if you're trying to get it in an existing world.
See my stickied topic on how that all works.
As for the problem...  Probably numerous issues here:
You probably didn't add it to the entity file.
You might not have put it in the right folder.  See above.
You're trying to make a bar of iron anvil.  Not sure how that one works.
Do get rid of the dimension.  It's irrelevant for everything except thread, cloth, and bars as far as I know.
