Military won't start working again!

I created a military of 3 dwarfs, and had them training and all, but now I can't get them to go back to their regular job.  I have freed all barracks and areas used for training, so I don't have any barracks anymore.  I also disbanded the squad, and changed the militia commander to VACANT, but they won't do anything but Eat, Sleep, and No Job.

Any ideas?

Sadly this seems to be a very common bug. I have the same problem with my military.
