small/narrow/large == finished goods
« on: March 05, 2008, 04:12:00 am »

Am I missing it or is their no option for small/narrow/large in stockpile settings.

If not could their be a option that would make armor stockpile only accept dwarf wearable armor and small/narrow/large armor go into finished goods(export crap).

You can set armor stockpiles to accept only dwarf-wearable items by toggling off the "foreign" setting (shortcut {u} I guess).

You can also create another stockpile which accepts only foreign items.

I am not positive about the finished goods stockpile settings though.

Close.   is Useable while [j] is UNusable (forien/large/small/narrow).
This is under [q] -> Armor in the stockpile settings.

That only works for armor, which is great, but there is not a unusable/foreign option for finished goods.

Since, if you look in the armor stockpile, clothing is actually listed in the armor stockpile, clothing should actually be placed in armor stockpiles instead of finished goods.  This looks like clothing is supposed to work like this (hence socks and togas in the armor list), so why doesnt it?
